Ship or Shelve
Every experiment either reaches a public URL or gets cut. The product list on this page is the research record.
Full-Stack Range
Native iOS, web platforms, conversational AI, on-chain registries, and x402 payment rails, all built in one lab.
Reasoning in Public
The founder documents the thinking in five books and ships the code under his own name on GitHub.

Suede AI Labs is the research and development engine behind Suede Labs AI, and it runs on one rule: an idea is not finished until it is live at a public URL. The lab is founder-led by Jason Colapietro, and its range is deliberately broad. AI tools and skills for builders and creators, agent architecture with payment rails attached, and ownership infrastructure that keeps creative work tied to the person who made it. Musicians are one audience the lab serves. They are not the boundary of it.
The current shipped surface covers the full stack. Suede Agent Studio turns visual agent flows into x402 pay-per-call endpoints that can earn. The Suede IP Registry writes ownership records to Base and Avalanche. Strumly and Suede Muse exercise conversational AI in front of demanding users. Suede Social carries the network layer, with uploads that can register as IP assets. Suede Studio Guitar and Suede Studio Voice put the same care into native iOS. Each product doubles as a testbed: agents, settlement, provenance, and coaching intelligence, all validated in production rather than on a benchmark.
The lab publishes its reasoning. Five books by the founder document the argument, from Proof as Infrastructure on verification-first design to The Human Authenticity Layer on why origin becomes the scarce asset. The code ships under the founder’s own name on GitHub. If you want to evaluate the lab, you do not need a pitch deck. Open the URLs. Everything on this page is live.

No pitch deck required. The shelf is the pitch: every jar you can click is a product running in production right now.
